| Libra - Summer 2005 |
GENERAL
Sometimes the planets promise more than they can deliver but from my postbag it seems Jupiter has given many Librans a lot to be thankful for since October 2004. But if you are among those who have been valiantly battling one challenge after another, Jupiter's continuing presence in your sign could set wrongs to rights this summer. Saturn will release his grip on you on 18th July, removing one or more of the obstacles that have been in your path, and from mid-August there are further signs of increased prosperity, success and happiness. Pay particular attention to events on or near the 17th August and 1st September - they could represent the springboard to a whole new chapter of life.
LOVE
The spring of this year could have produced more than just blossoms on the trees, and brought into being a new relationship, or a new stage of an existing one. If so, the summer, and most specifically the weekend of the 25th June, becomes something of a turning point for that relationship. During the past year you have grown in emotional and psychological terms and have become less prepared to put up with unsatisfactory relationships: your need for love and reciprocity has increased. With this in mind, some Librans will turn a casual affair into a permanent love story before October, while others will consider that a relationship at any price is not a policy they wish to subscribe to any more.
WORK AND FINANCE
Saturn has made your progress slow and frustrating during the past two years, although some Librans have undoubtedly risen to high positions and added to their professional responsibilities, but this phase ends by August and the focus shifts from seeking material and worldly success, to finding creative fulfilment and job satisfaction. September provides opportunities to change direction, and this is not the month to assume that because an organization has been there forever it will continue to be there! As far as finances go, you are but four short months away from the beginning of one of the most prosperous cycles of the decade.
HOME AND LIFESTYLE
2005 is the year of the 'big push', and if you haven't sensed this in regard to your career, you may well have experienced a desire for a bigger and better home and lifestyle. While the summer has its moments of fun and pleasure - June in particular puts travel and distant people and places on the agenda - improving the home and making upwardly mobile moves is the stronger trend. The full moon of the 21st July highlights the axis of life-direction making this latter part of July a time to end a long-standing pattern regarding home and family life and, of course, to embark on a new one.
