Virgo - Summer 2007

GENERAL

You may sense that things are about to change. Yes, you may have plans for the summer, and beyond, that you know will alter the shape and texture of life but there will be out of the blue events that do just that too - keep your eyes trained on mid-June and late August. June, with its Plutonic climate, gets to the root of issues and shows you that clinging to the past is no way forward; July reveals the value of friends and the importance of team work (even within the family) while August urges you to find havens of one sort or another in which you can recharge your batteries and prepare for Saturn's arrival in your sign on 2nd September - a transit that will help you make your mark, although it will demand much of you.

LOVE

Your desire to love and be loved has never been greater, thus if you are free a powerful new attraction is about to come in and even if you are attached you may be tempted into an illicit affair - the lunar eclipse of the 28th August could be the trigger for such events. And, in general, this need for emotional fulfilment will lead to changes in your relationships. 14th July marks the beginning of a new cycle for your love life, a cycle that will complete its first stage on 8th November. During this time, a new relationship may begin, however its course will not be predictable, leading to an on-off state of affairs. On the other hand, an established relationship may experience some new and unexpected influences. Whatever the case, remember it is your desire for a relationship of equals that is driving events.

WORK AND FINANCE

Work and finance take second place to personal and family life in the summer. Nonetheless, with Saturn marching ever forwards into your sign, distress signals of any sort require immediate attention! Mid-June is one point at which you may decide enough is enough, and a discussion with employers will lead to positive changes. Mars' arrival in the career zone on 7th August begins a six-week season of great activity, with the week of the 21st presenting a marvellous window of opportunity. Saving for a rainy day should be your policy with money, although an investment in your own business or a property is a wise one.

HOME AND FAMILY

With Jupiter and Pluto residing at home base, events related to the family and property lurch from excellent to egregious, sometimes within a matter of days. However, regardless of difficulties and delays you should press on with your grand plans, whether these involve adding to your family or moving to a bigger space. June is a particularly exciting period and while unexpected developments could temporarily interfere with the routine of family life, you should not hesitate to launch your most ambitious plans. July is the best month to travel and broaden your life-palette, while August requires work - in every sense of the phrase!
